How to connect your private Supabase database:
- Back up first: click ⬇ Backup Full Guild Data below to download everything (players, scores, history, roles, warbands, settings) as a local file, so nothing is lost during the switch.
- Create a free project at supabase.com.
- Open the SQL Editor in Supabase, paste our table creation script, and click Run.
- Copy your Project URL and Anon Key (under Project Settings -> API), paste them below, and click Connect!
- Once connected, use ⬆ Import JSON in Guild Management (below) to reload your backup — it will restore everything and push it straight to your new private database.

🏰 How do I create a new Guild roster?
To set up a new guild roster from scratch:
- Click on the Guild Name display in the header (on the top left) to type and edit your guild's name.
- Go to the ⚙ Settings → Guild Management section and click + Add Player to add members.
- Click ✏ Edit Season in Settings or click the Season text in the header to configure the active season number and week dates.
- Use the Scoring Settings section to toggle which categories are active for this week's calculations.
📝 How do Leaders, Vice-Leaders, and Players enter data?
Depending on your access level, here is how you edit or input player scores:
- 👑 Leaders & Vice-Leaders (Officers):
- Go to the 📝 Data Entry tab and click on the sub-tab for the category you want to update (Arena, Supreme, Dream Realm, AFK, GVG, Chests, Guild Boss, or Power).
- You can edit any cell directly. Ranks, averages, tiers, and points will automatically recalculate. Changes are auto-saved to the cloud in the background.
- 🔑 Players (Members entering their own scores):
- Use the unique personal edit link shared by your Leader (copied via the 🔑 button next to your name in Settings).
- When you open the page, only your row will be editable. Fill in your weekly scores and click outside the input field to save.
- 📋 Score Entry Formats Guide:
- Arena, Supreme, Bosses, and Dream Realm: Input the player's rank as a direct number (e.g.

☁️ How do I set up and save data in the Cloud?
To synchronize and secure your guild data in the cloud database:
- Go to ⚙ Settings → Cloud Saving Integration.
- Click 🔒 Connection Locked to switch to 🔓 Edit Mode.
- Set a unique Guild Sync ID (or click 🎲 Generate New ID) and configure an Access PIN (Editor) and/or Leader PIN (Master).
- Lock the settings again (click 🔓 Edit Mode to switch back to 🔒 Connection Locked).
- Click 🔄 Load Guild Data. If the database record is empty, click OK when prompted to initialize it with your current roster, or click 📤 Force Push Local to Cloud to save immediately.
- Once synced, any changes you make will be automatically saved to the cloud in the background!
🎯 What is the Performance %?
It measures a player's standing relative to the active scoring categories for the current week. It is computed as:
Score % = (Player Total Points / Sum of Active Categories Max Points) * 100
This ensures players are not penalized if the Guild Leader temporarily disables certain categories (e.g., Guild Boss or GVG).
⚡ How does the "Need Support" Alert trigger?
The dashboard automatically flags players in the "Need Support" sidebar widget if they fall into Tier 3, Tier 4, Tier 5, or Off Ranking in any of the core gameplay categories (AFK Stages, Arena, Supreme Arena, Dream Realm, or Chests). It lists the exact areas where they underperformed so officers can help them optimize.
👑 How do Custom Roles work?
- Standard Roles: Normal active roster members. Their scores are fully counted in calculations, and their statistics contribute to the Guild Power % and Average Score.
- Candidate Role: You can create Custom Roles via the Settings tab and assign any role to act as the "Candidate" role! Players with this role are kept in the rankings, but their data is isolated from the main guild averages to keep statistics clean.
💾 How do I save and restore our guild weekly data?
Go to the ⚙ Settings tab:
- Click ⬇ Export JSON to download your current week's setup (players, scores, settings) as a local file. Deprecated fields (ravaged, build, etc.) are automatically stripped from the export.
- Use ⬆ Import JSON to reload any previously saved file. Your active cloud credentials (Sync ID, PINs) are preserved so the cloud record is updated correctly after import.
- Click ✏ Edit Season to quickly rename the active Season number or dates in the header.
⚔ How does Guild Merge work?
In the ⚙ Settings → Guild Management section, click ⚔ Merge Guild. You can load another guild in two ways:
- Shareable Link (recommended): Paste the other guild's spectator or editor link — players are fetched directly from the cloud database.
- JSON File: Upload an exported JSON file from the other guild.

🌐 How do Player Districts and Server tags work?
The District feature helps group and filter players when a guild's roster spans multiple servers and districts:
- Server and District Association: When you assign a player a District, that district is mapped to their Server. Any other player sharing that server tag will automatically propagate and inherit the same district.
- Propagation on Changes:
- Updating a player's District propagates that value to all other players on the same Server.
- Moving a player to an existing Server automatically inherits that server's established District.
- Filtering: You can filter players by District in the Dashboard (Main Chart, Supreme Arena Chart, and AFK Stage Chart), the general Rankings list, the AFK Stages rankings tab, the Supreme rankings tab, and the Supreme data entry panel. Normal Arena rankings remain filtered strictly by Server tag.

This webapp maintains 100% mathematical parity with the original Excel workflow. Points are dynamically calculated across 7 active categories with a maximum of 28.68 points (19.68 points for Candidates, as GVG and Guild Boss are excluded):

💾 How do I archive the current week?
Weekly archiving happens automatically every Monday at 00:01 UTC when a Leader/Editor opens the app. You can also archive manually by going to ⚙ Settings → Guild Management and clicking the gold 💾 Archive Current Week button. This snapshots all players' active scores in a historical JSON container, increments the Season number, and resets the weekly scores to 0 so you are ready for a clean new week!
🔒 How does Multi-Tier Security work?
To protect your database, you can define two separate levels of security:
- 👑 Leader PIN (Master Mode): Unlocks all capabilities, including deleting archived weeks, force-pushing/overwriting the database, and changing credentials/PINs. The Leader PIN is never overwritten by Editor-mode pushes — it is always preserved in the cloud.
- 📝 Access PIN (Editor Mode): For vice-leaders/officers — daily data entry, score editing, and weekly archiving. Blocked from modifying core security configurations.
- 🔑 Player Mode: Unique links generated via the
🔑button in Settings allow individual members to securely edit only their own scores without an Editor PIN. - 📖 Spectator Mode (Read-Only): Activated when no matching PIN or token is provided. Anyone can view current and historical performance, but cannot edit.
📈 How does the Progress Tracker work?
In the 📈 History tab, you can view the complete roster and scores of any archived week! You can also select any player in the Roster to view their historical scores across all past weeks, calculate their overall average performance and participation rate, and trace their points timeline using a premium, dynamically-generated interactive SVG line graph.
🛡️ How does the Multi-Warbands System work?
In the ⚙ Settings → Warband Management section, you can add and name multiple Warbands. Players can belong to multiple Warbands at once. Use the dropdown in the general Rankings tab to filter player listings and organize different group strategies!
